What is the price and features of the QAÏTO Q10 pellet burner

On the site www.confortdomo.fr the indicated price is the highest because Confort Domo France does not compete with its distributors. However, the product is available all year round and can be delivered to your home anywhere in Europe. The charged shipping cost (10 € TTC) corresponds to 75% of the actual shipping costs in COLISSIMO (LA POSTE).

The QAÏTO Q10 pellet burner is composed of 3 elements:

• a cast iron burnerwith a height of 105 mm, made in France.
• · This crucible or 'lamellar cast iron basket' is slotted by 5 mm openings to allow combustion air to pass through without whole pellets passing through the slots
• · its outer diameter is 250 mm and its inner diameter is 220 mm
• · its weight is 4.30 kg +/- 5% - (all products are not rigorously identical) -
• · the cast iron is of type GL 220, lamellar cast iron used for fireplace cores and wood stoves
• · the cast iron crucible contains between 1.8 kg and 2 kg of wood pellets.
• o NB: it is recommended for small fireplaces to only put 1.7 kg to allow better air circulation and thus better combustion
• a round stainless steel 304 liner with a diameter of 240 mm on the edges of which the burner rests:
• · a gap of a few millimeters between the liner wall and the burner allows air to circulate all around the cast iron.
• o NB: the 2 pins or mortises of the Q10 liner are useless (see Q20)
• a round stainless steel plate with a diameter of: 238 mm
• · this plate is inserted inside the round liner, pins downwards to allow combustion air to circulate under the plate
• · it has a central opening of 120 mm in diameter, intended to allow combustion air to pass into the center of the burner

The total height of the Q10 pellet burner installed in your fireplace is 120 mm (12 cm).

It is recommended, to easily refill the burner, to leave a height of 15 to 20 cm between the top of the burner and the top part of your fireplace.

This will prevent you from burning your hand when refilling and you will enjoy beautiful flames that can fully express themselves.

Ø Important information : 1 kg of pellets represents 4.6 kW of available calorific power. So, 1.8 kg of pellets corresponds to 8.28 kW rounded to 9 kW. This is not the heating power (efficiency) which depends on the fireplace and installation.
