Cartonnerie REIMS et la région GRAND EST CARTONNERIE DE L'ESPERANCE

The CARTONNERIE DE L'ESPERANCE was created in 1965 in Reims right in the heart of the city, on rue de l'Espérance from which it takes its name.
It was in 1973 that the company experienced its first evolution by settling in the industrial zone of Muizon where it would occupy a building of 3,000 m² allowing it to further develop its activity...
In 1994, the CARTONNERIE DE L'ESPERANCE took over the Manufacture Rémoise de Cartonnage (MRC).
Then, in 1998, it underwent its biggest change by establishing itself in Reims, in the industrial park "La Pompelle" near the major roads of the region.
It spans approximately 3,500 m² of buildings and is equipped with a new production unit.
Today, the cardboard factory has 19 employees and processes some 4,000 tonnes of corrugated cardboard per year for a turnover of 4.5 million euros.
Specialized in the transformation of corrugated cardboard, the Cartonnerie de l'Espérance has also developed the activity of storing finished products for its clients or various materials for other companies which can thus address their logistics issues with a fast and quality service.

To accomplish this service, the cardboard factory has another building of nearly 4,000 m² near its usual premises.
This proximity allows for a very short response time for manufacturing, storage, and delivery...

Furthermore, to obtain the "Clean Factory" certification, the cardboard factory is equipped with a waste recovery system at the machine outlet. This waste is vacuumed and dedusted to be pressed and recycled.
Concerned about its environment, the CARTONNERIE DE L'ESPERANCE is, in fact, preparing for the ISO 14001 certification (1996 version). This certification guarantees rigor and professionalism in everything it undertakes.
